Steven and Ryan were part of a team that hosted a Monastic Taster Day in Lincoln on the 11th of October. With representatives from a number of our Anglican Religious Communities from across the UK, we heard stories from four religious about their sense of vocation and what it has meant for them to live in communities of prayer under the vowed life. The day was held at St Mary le Wigford Church in the centre of Lincoln, with a number of participants exploring whether the religious life might be for them. The group also participated in praying the offices and in a beautiful Votive Mass of Our Lady celebrated by their Priest in Charge, Fr Sion Hughes Carew.
