This workshop event is an opportunity to deepen an understanding of the Sacrament of Reconciliation, theologically and pastorally. We will discuss the practice of making and hearing confessions in the Church of England, and ways of approaching this practice. With input from safeguarding professionals and exercises, we will particularly consider issues of confidentiality in relation to good safeguarding practice, and how to respond to difficult cases.
The workshop is being given for the third time and run by Fr Andrew Nunn and Thomas Seville CR; it is open to both laity and clergy.
Cost: £310 in a standard retreat house room / £347 in an en-suite room in the Annexe
