Description
John Rodwell is an Anglican worker-priest, the seeds of whose vocation were sown by living with the Community of the Resurrection as a student in Leeds. His book The Tissue of his Kingdom was welcomed as ‘a rare, wonderful collection of meditations on the hope of glory in small things’ (Rowan Williams). Now In Sundry Places shares his experience that, wherever we are, on our own doorstep, in faraway places or journeying between, God waits on our arrival. He is already there, taking place, longing that we should know Him wherever we find ourselves.
