An inherent part of our existence, conflict is present in all human interactions. We cannot eliminate it, but we can learn to work with it; to appreciate its positive elements, and to manage it so as to render conflict productive and beneficial. This one day workshop will provide some insights into human behaviour in dispute situations, and through both a theoretical and a practical interactive approach, will furnish valuable learning in how to handle people and situations in conflict.
